LOS ANGELES, April 20 -- The Sustainable Group is pleased
to announce the Sustainable Group Carbon Neutral Realtor program has
launched with two Los Angeles based brokers. Under the certification, each
realtor has offset the carbon footprint associated with their current
business activities. Further, each participant commits to offsetting the
footprint related to residential transactions not later than the closing of
each deal.

The Sustainable Group certifies that Abigail Dotson
(http://www.abigaildotson.com), of Coldwell Banker's Marina del Rey, CA
office, and Anthony Diaz-Perez (http://www.anthonydp.com) of Coldwell
Banker's Hancock Park South office, are the first participants in the
Sustainable Group Carbon Neutral Realtor program.
