It is crucial that we educate our children on the impact they will have on the health and continued livability of our planet. So we’ll donate a portion of our profits to directly fund or support programs that teach children about recycling, pollution control and the preservation of our eco-system.

Our children might well be considered our ultimate renewable energy source. Many public schools already have recycling programs, school gardens, and other sustainability-focused curriculum elements – but many still need them, or need better funding to optimize them.

We will soon establish a pilot program to offer public school students the opportunity to visit with conservationists, scientists and arborists, in a natural setting. The goal is to teach by touch, whether it’s planting trees or simply learning about them in the great classroom of the outdoors.

We believe that a lesson learned at an early age, lasts a lifetime.
